What the heck does made on demand mean?

Being an “on demand”  store means that each item you see is a digital file and no physical product is rendered until a purchase is completed.  This allows us to offer a greater selection as well as open new collections without needing to hold or increase warehouse space since we do not have to stock inventory for each item we sell. 

When you make a purchase from our store, your items are sent to production, created, and shipped from the fulfillment centre closest to your location.  This allows us to remain competitive in both product pricing and delivery for our customers.

Why am I seeing more than 1 shipping fee?

Our printing and shipping partners have several locations across Canada and the United States and your orders are always fulfilled by the closest warehouse to your location, each item in your order may not necessarily come from the same warehouse.  Each item in your order will be shipped from the facility that carries the item and is nearest to your location.

***This does not mean you are being double or triple charged for shipping.  The total shipping fee for all items will be displayed at checkout.***

Will my purchase be subject to duty?

Some items are fulfilled and shipped from outside of Canada and the United States, which means they could potentially be subject to tariffs/duty upon arrival in the destination country.  Most often the e-packets delivered will not be charged duty/tariffs, but on rare occasions some items will be charged at delivery and is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If this is a concern for you, we encourage you to check online with your state/province to ascertain if your purchase may be subject to fees upon delivery.

I ordered a while ago and my order still hasn’t arrived.  Now what?

We understand it can be super frustrating to wait for your purchase when you’re excited to show off your new duds.  Sadly, the world is currently dealing with a cataclysmic event that no one was prepared for and it has turned us all a little upside down.  Shipping times are extraordinarily (painfully) slow currently, running between 3-6 weeks (gross!) and we kindly ask you for patience.   We encourage you to check the tracking number provided with your order as the carriers update delivery in real time as your items proceed through processing/delivery.

If you have waited a reasonable amount of time and your items still have not arrived, please reach out via our contact page and we will happily assist you.

I ordered the wrong size, can I return the item?

It sucks when you have buyers remorse, we feel ya.  Unfortunately, as our items are made on demand for each specific order and are not mass produced, we are not able to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.  Please consult the size chart for the product before ordering.

***Unisex items are meant to fit a variety of body types and tend to be sized more generously than items specifically labelled as men’s/women’s sizing. Please ensure you consult the size chart before purchasing as we will not be able to exchange or refund for items being larger than expected.

There is a problem with my order (other than size) and I want to return it, what do I do?

Please refer to our return policy for eligible returns and our return process.  ***DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO ADDRESS ON SHIPPING LABEL*** The return address on your shipping label is the warehouse where your product came from, returns are not processed through the warehouse(s).  If you are unsure of what to do after referring to our return policy, please send us a message through the contact us page and we will happily assist you in determining if you are eligible for a return and process it for you.

Why are shipping fees different for some items than others?

As a made on demand business that serves all of North America, we have found that we are able to offer the best pricing and shipping times by partnering with fulfillment centres around the country.  This means that depending on where you live the same item may be fulfilled in different centres.  This is why shipping varies on different items.

How are your products made?

Most products are made with a Direct to Garment (DTG) printing process.  The DTG process means we can create photo-quality prints, offering you the high quality print you would expect from a big brand without the prohibitive cost of screen printing each design.

I don’t live in Canada or the United States, how do I purchase from your store?

At this time we are shipping to Canada and the United States only.  We plan to expand our offerings to other countries in the near future.  Stay tuned!
